Directions
Northbound on Route 91. Take Exit 23. Take a left at the traffic light. Proceed through several lights until you come to a traffic light at Cromwell Avenue (about 400 yards). Make a right and proceed about one half mile. You will see a gray one-story building (Number 541) across from the Stork Club. Dr. Bentivegna's office is on the right side of the building.
Southbound on Route 91. Take Exit 23. Take a right at the traffic light. Proceed as above. See Map
